Meredith Frasher, LISW has a history of working in many different types of environments such as hospitals, a residential care facility, a nursing home and mental and behavioral health facilities. Meredith feels that being the daughter of a retired paramedic and working in these different areas of mental health will help her gain trust and rapport with other first responders as she will be able to "get them" better than others might because of her own personal experience with first responders and their culture.
