Tracy specializes in counseling people who have anxiety and trauma. She has experience counseling first responders and medical staff. She is trained in EMDR and ART, which are approaches that help resolve trauma. She is also certified in CISM, as well as being a Certified First Responder Counselor. Tracy is aware of how stress and anxiety can sometimes lead to feelings of despair. She is passionate about helping people to find ways to lead a fulfilling life. Tracy is a licensed counselor in New Hampshire and Maine.
